Planner for three-phase residential subdivision in the west-end of Quinte West that includes over 200 units. The project includes varying built forms and densities. The subdivision was daft approved in 2021 and will be subject to rezoning of the various phases as a condition of draft approval.
RFA coordinated work of the consultant team throughout the planning approvals process and conducted public consultation meetings. The plan will protect significant natural areas for passive recreation and addresses noise and other impacts from near-by industrial operations.
