Planner for a 204-unit subdivision over 14.2 hectares of land in the Village of Wellington. Various types of building forms are proposed including single detached dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, and townhomes.
RFA prepared Planning Reports and development applications, and coordinated with the consultant team and attended municipal review meetings. A Rezoning and Plan of Subdivision approval is required to support the development.
Through public meetings, numerous factors including connectivity, housing forms, and accessibility. RFA is working with the consultant team to address the public and staff’s concerns.
