- Project Manager and Planner for large Greenfields subdivision known as the Village of Avonlea in Belleville.
- The subdivision will result in 700 low, medium and high density residential units.
- Coordinated the work of the consultant team and oversaw all design aspects of the project.
- Managed an area-wide traffic study for the future road network.
- Prepared the site design and subdivision drawings; Planning Justification Report; Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, and coordinated all public and agency consultation.
