Planner for a residential infill subdivision in Wellington consisting of 17 dwelling units including 9 single-detached lots and 8 semi-detached units in four blocks, and a waterfront parkette on Lake Ontario. The subject property was previously zoned to permit a 30-unit apartment building and 6 townhouses. Due to insufficient sales, the project was abandoned.
The proposed subdivision required Plan of Subdivision approval and rezoning to support the development. RFA prepared the Planning Report and related drawings, led the consultant team throughout the planning approval process, and conducted neighbourhood consultation.
