Planner for 47-unit residential subdivision in the Municipality of Brighton. The development features a central park surrounding an existing natural open space area. A prominent ridge on-site was also incorporated into the development plan. RFA proposed a transition of density from the existing surrounding land uses to future phases as well as the extension of the proposed parkland to serve all of the north-east neighbourhoods of Brighton over the long term.
Co-ordinated the work of the consultant team through the planning approvals process – the project required Rezoning and Draft Plan of Subdivision approvals, and coordination to final registration of the subdivision.
