Parkview Hills – Phase III

- Prepared various layouts for multiple parcels within the final phase of the Parkview Hills subdivision in Cobourg.
- Concept Plans included a mix of freehold townhouses, semi-detached and condominium townhouses.
- The final development plans feature freehold semi-detached dwellings, townhouses and single-detached dwellings which required amendments to the Cobourg Official Plan and Zoning By-law, as well as draft plan of subdivision approvals.
- Issues with the Official Plan and Zoning By-law mapping for the area were successfully resolved with Cobourg planning staff.
- Rezoning and Site Plan approvals were also required for a medium-density residential parcel within Parkview Hills, known as Block 89. The Block 89 development features innovative four-plex condominium dwellings developed by LeBlanc Enterprises.
