Planner for a 102 unit subdivision on 8.5 hectares of land in Colborne. Foxtail North of the development was approved in 2018 after three formal submissions to the County of Northumberland and is under construction.
RFA was the overall design lead, and prepared the Planning Report, development applications, and coordinated the consultant team, and attended municipal review meetings. A Plan of Subdivision approval and rezoning was required to support the development. Through public meetings, traffic became a prominent issue. RFA worked with the consultant team to address the public’s concerns.
Planner for the Foxtail South subdivision project developed by Fidelity Homes in south Colborne, a major extension of the Foxtail Ridge neighbourhood.
Foxtail South is a Greenfields subdivision with 210 homes and large central park.
Prepared the Draft Plan of Subdivision and Site Plan drawings; Municipal draft plan of subdivision, OPA and rezoning applications; Planning Justification Report.
Attended and presented at the public meeting and addressed review comments.
