- Led a multi-disciplinary project-team in developing a market study, concept design, land use planning analysis, capital cost and financial viability analysis under a 10-year timeframe for a potential municipal marina
- Prepared and coordinated project design drawings and feasibility study document, conducted stakeholder and public information sessions and presented findings to local municipal council
- Prepared land use plan to complement the proposed marina and address stakeholder comments
