Planner/ designer for a phased residential development of various housing forms on 17 hectares of land. Phase 1 approved in 2015 for a subdivision with 68 units on 3.8 hectares of land. Phase 2 includes 86 units over 9.3 hectares of land approved in 2018. The third phase was an Official Plan Amendment and rezoning to permit a commercial plaza and retirement homes on Main Street.
Co-ordinated the work of consultant team through the planning approvals process – Draft Plan of Subdivision, OPA and rezoning approvals. Prepared Concept Plans for various future land use development options.
