105 Pinnacle Street Urban Design Report

  • Location: City of Belleville
  • Client: Ritchie Ketcheson, Hart & Biggart LLP
  • Date: 2020
  • Prepared an Urban Design Study for industrial lands in the Harbour District of the Belleville City Centre.
  • The Urban Design Study was required to support the redevelopment of the site from industrial use to higher density residential uses. The site is located within the City Centre, which discourages new industrial uses and promotes mixed-use and residential intensification.
