Hawley Landing Subdivision

- Planner for a 51-unit freehold townhouse subdivision in Belleville.
- RFA was the overall design lead, and prepared the Planning Report, development applications, and coordinated the consultant team, and attended municipal review meetings. A Plan of Subdivision approval and rezoning was required to support the development. There was an extensive public consultation process where RFA worked with the consultant team to address the public’s concerns.
